Blastcrete offers many wet shotcrete pumps and mixer/pump combinations for various high volume installations to lower volume concrete repair applications. We offer low pressure systems for shotcrete applications within 150 ft. and ultra high pressure units for pumping extreme distances vertical and horizontal.

Gypsum Flooring

Blastcrete offers the D3522 Mixer/Pump for gypsum flooring application up to 60 bags per hour and the D6528 Mixer/Pump for applications in excess of 100 bags per hour. These units are recommended for applications within 350 ft. and 40 ft. vertical lift. The Blastcrete HBS-1500 high volume and high pressure gypsum mixing and pumping system pumps faster and further than any competitive equipment on the market.

Blastcrete offers the simple and safe D3522 Mixer/Pump for plaster and stucco applications within 200 ft. horizontal and 40 ft. vertical. The RMX-5000 is our solution for extreme distance plaster and stucco applications. This high pressure swing tube pumping system has been used to pump materials in excess of 300 ft. vertical.

Blastcrete offers various squeeze pumps and mixer/pump combination for mixing and pumping cellular concrete. Our low pressure squeeze pumps gently pump the material insuring the material is not damaged in the pumping process. Our units are capable of pumping cellular concrete extreme distances at low line pressure.

Epoxy Grouting

Blastcrete recommends the hydrostatic D3522 Pump and D3522 Mixer/Pump for hot epoxy grouting applications. The D3522 is offered as a standalone pump, mixer/pump combinations, and an attachment to operate off you current hydraulic power unit. Since no epoxy comes in contact with the internal moving parts of the squeeze pump, you will please with this life of this machine.
