Mixer / Pumps
Blastcrete currently offers two refractory mixer/pump combinations for refractory installation from 0-12 tons per hour. The MX-10 is the industry standard for high volume refractory applications while the RMX-5000 is designed for applications up to 6 tons per hour. Both the MX-10 and RMX-5000 are equipped with many user-friendly features for demanding refractory installations.

Refractory Pump
Blastcrete offers the ultra high pressure Model X-10 for refractory pump cast and shotcrete applications up to 12 tons per hour. The X-10 is offered with your choice of diesel or electric power and can be skid our trailer mounted.

Refractory Mixer
The Blastcrete 2200 lb. Capacity Pan Mixer is designed to mix one metric ton of refractory castable based on 165 lbs. per cubic foot. Our mixer is designed for refractory installations and precast refractory shapes manufacturing. The unit is equipped with telescoping legs to insure any pump will fit underneath for mixing and pumping applications.
