MetrockSCIP Sustainable Building
The MetrockSCIP is a code conforming, completely sustainable, structural extremely energy efficient, green insulated steel and concrete building system for affordable housing and commercial buildings. SCIP is a Structural Concrete Insulated Panel system that is also known in the industry as a structural Sandwich Panel. The MetrockSCIP can be used for structural walls, roofs and floors. The MetrockSCIP System includes all of the tools and training required to locally assemble the panel, erect the panel, and mix, pump, spray and finish the cement plaster to the panel. The end result is a bullet proof, water resistant, hurricane and tornado resistant, fire resistant, termite resistant building envelope. None structural interior partition walls made with sustainable SIPs made of James Hardie backer or polypropylene skins can be easily combined with MetrockSCIP in affordable housing. The MetrockSCIP System is the lowest cost, most energy efficient, green, sustainable system ever introduced in the United States. MetrockSCIP homes can be rented to own and the fact that these homes include no materials that can be damaged by fire, rising water, projectiles, windstorms or termites. This technology is available for license to qualified builders.

Coal Mine Seals
Metrock LLC has developed a mine seal for coal mines which combines a modified version of the Metrock Structural Panel with shotcrete to withstand the MSHA required 120 psi blast pressure of an underground explosion. The Metrock Mine Seal is the most cost efficient mine seal on the market and it eliminates any opportunity for trapping rebound in the 24” thick wall. This technology is available for license for qualified installers.
